A popular local spot for brunch. The pancakes are always a firm favourite!

Not your average food van for sure, with a range of daily specials and breakfast favourites. 
To be found by Low Coniscliffe on the outskirts of Darlington. Open Wednesday - Sunday 8:30 - 14:00. 

The Steam Machine 

A family business founded in 2015 where you will find a “friendly beer-loving community”. Somewhere you can go to “meet friends, enjoy a quiet pint, indulge in gourmet street food, listen to live music, or just soak in the atmosphere and experience something from our eclectic range…”

A village pub that specialises in authentic Italian cuisine.

The Bay Horse

A friendly pub in the nearby village of Heighington with a hearty pub grub menu.

The Fox Hole

A pub and kitchen set in the Roman village of Piercebridge, less than 10 minutes' drive from the cottage.

Raby Hunt

For those after somewhere extra special there is The Raby Hunt, a two Michelin star restaurant in the village of Summerhouse.
