Booking Terms
Thank you for considering Ivy Cottage for your mini break or holiday. If you have any queries about any of the terms below please get in touch.
Arrival
The cottage will be available for you from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We ask all guests to contact us within 30 minutes of their expected arrival so we can arrange to meet at the cottage.
Departure
Please ensure you vacate the cottage by 10am on your day of departure in order for us to clean and prepare the cottage for our next guests.
There is a 2 night minimum stay for direct bookings.
We do not allow any parties or events to take place at the cottage.
We operate a non-smoking policy.
We do not accept pets at the cottage, no matter how small and cute!
The minimum age requirement for booking the cottage is 21.
